Born and educated in India, I have done my Masters and Ph D in English Language & Literature. I have been involved in the Higher Education Scene in Kerala for three decades in various capacities ranging from Teacher, Department Head to Principal. I have also been involved as a member of Academic Council of University and as Assessor for Accreditation process. I am supervising Ph D research scholars and my passion includes institution building, faculty training and teaching.
