Dr. Elisabeth Rees-Johnstone is Executive Director, Continuing and Professional Learning, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto (Canada) and Co-Founder and Director, InnovED - OISE, University of Toronto's first and only accelerator dedicated to education (solutions) innovation and education entrepreneur professional development.

Dr. Rees-Johnstone is an experienced talent and organization development specialist with interest  and expertise in education systems design for professional skills optimization, knowledge translation, knowledge building, and learning innovation methodologies. Over her career, she has held various roles in both for-profit and non-profit sectors leading diverse teams and large-scale global education and learning initiatives (Canada, the US, the UK, the Middle East, and Asia). In her current role, Dr. Rees-Johnstone and her team are accountable to lead education consultancies and custom education services, establish institutional partnerships, and implement education improvement initiatives across the K-12, Post-Secondary, and Workplace Learning education systems globally.
