Francis G. Balazon is a highly accomplished Doctor of Information Technology, having completed his degree at AMA University Main Campus in Quezon City on May 28, 2018. He also holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Batangas State University in Batangas City, which he earned in March 2012.

Currently, he serves as the Vice Chancellor for Research, Development, and Extension Services at Batangas State University, the National Engineering University Lipa Campus. Dr. Balazon is a prolific researcher, with papers published in Scopus and WOS Journals, and has presented his work in local, national, and international research forums. He is an active member of various professional organizations, highlighting his dedication to advancing the field of Information Technology.
