Dr. Gilbert M. Tumibay has been serving as Professor in Business and Computing Sciences of different Universities both in the undergraduate and graduate level programs. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Master of Science in Information Technology and Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology. Both his masters and doctorate degrees were obtained from Hannam University, South Korea. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor of Solbridge International School of Business at Woosong University, South Korea which is an AACSB accredited business school. He was a former Dean of the College of Computer Studies of the Wesleyan University-Philippines and the Angeles University Foundation. He is a former President for Philippine Operations of ToroCloud, a software development company that is in the top ten (10) of the Gartner Integration-Platform-as-Service cloud solutions. He served as a member of the organizing committee of numerous International Research. Three of his Scopus-indexed publications have received an International Research Publications award.
