As the Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness and Achievement at IE University, Ines spearheads strategic initiatives encompassing quality management, international rankings, accreditations, global engagement, and performance analysis.

With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade in higher education, Ines has held significant roles, including Director of Strategic Innovation at IE Business School, Executive Director for the full-time MBA, as well as Director of Programs at IE Business School, where she oversaw a diverse range of postgraduate and undergraduate programs.

In addition to her leadership at IE University, Ines lends her expertise as a HE consultant, providing invaluable advice to international universities and business schools. Her academic background features a Master degree from IE University, a Master in Talent Development from Camilo Jose Cela University, Spain, and a Bachelor in Business degree from Oxford Brookes University, UK.
