Researcher and Senior Advisor Research Development, Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico. 

He has a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences with a concentration in Product Design and a Master's degree in Engineering Sciences with a concentration in Manufacturing Systems, both from Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is a Mechatronics Engineer specializing in Robotics, graduating from Tecnológico Nacional de México. He is a Senior Advisor at the Office of Research Development at Tecnológico de Monterrey. He also serves as an Adjoint Researcher in the Advanced Artificial Intelligence Research Group at the School of Engineering and Sciences and the Interdisciplinary Research Group in Reasoning for Complexity at the Institute for the Future of Education, both at Tecnológico de Monterrey. He holds a patent in micromachining and is co-authoring the book "Enabling Systems for Intelligent Manufacturing in Industry 4.0" by Springer. He is a lecturer in the MOOC "Entrepreneurship Strategies" on the COURSERA platform. He is a member of the National Researchers System of Mexico, Level 1.
