Prof. Kirti Gupta is a professor in Management at Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development, Pune and Director, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at the Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. She is a professor of  Research Methodology and Quantitative Techniques  with over thirty year of teaching and industry experience. She has been associated with renowned management institutes like Symbiosis SIMS, SIBM, TASMAC, HNIMR, Pune university etc. for teaching, curriculum design and development. 

Dr. Gupta has authored six books and contributed several research papers in conferences and journals of repute.  She is a research guide in management studies for HRM and General Management with areas related to quality in higher education, technology addiction, women empowerment, workforce diversity, workplace spirituality.  Nine students have been awarded doctorates and three M.Phil under her supervision.  Under her leadership the team IMED has been awarded the AICTE Lilawati 2020  First prize  for digital literacy related interventions impacting more than 2000 women and children. Dr. Gupta has the distinction of being a Peer Reviewer for NIRF Peer Perception Survey of MHRD - NIRF since 2017.  She has also been awarded the AIMS INTERNATIONAL WOMANMANAGEMENT TEACHER AWARD for the year 2018 by AIMS International  HOUSTON, TX.
