Lemon Kwan is experienced in knowledge transfer. He has been worked in the knowledge transfer units of The Education University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and involved in research partnership, IP management & licensing, funding management, entrepreneurship development and innovation marketing. He taught in the Dual Degree Program of Technology and Management in The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Before that, he was an engineer in the Jardine Group.
