Leticia Castano is currently Leader of educational innovation at Tecnologico de Monterrey where she develops and implements innovation projects for the institution's students. She has experience in the Design, Planning and Production of Academic and Business Online Courses and Instructional Design and Academic Administration of Educational Programs for more than 25 years. She holds Bachelor's degrees in Education and in Computer Systems, as well as a Master's degree in Administration of Educational Institutions. She is certified in Innovation Management and has been a judge in the prestigious QS Reimagine Education Awards. She has published articles on telepresence with hologram effect and personalized learning in prestigious journals.
