Currently employed as the Managing Director of the Independent Institute of Education (IIE) - Rosebank College. Formerly employed as the USAf Director: Operations (COO), Dean, Academic Executive; Deputy Director General (Acting), the Head of Justice College (DoJ&CD); Chief Director: Corporate Services (DoJ&CD); CCMA Commissioner and various other senior and executive management and consulting positions. Appointed to multiple governance structures (past and present), including the South African Magistrates Commission, South African Qualifications Authority, Higher-Health, the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), Services SETA and the Department of Justice & Constitutional Development, SA SMME Foundation, South African Private Higher Education (SAPHE), ETDP SETA etc.
