Nde's commitment to teaching and valuing students as a generation has resulted in passionate youth, who are making a difference in their workplaces and communities. His ability to create a conducive community environment for his students and his continuous learning attitude have been crucial to his success as a teacher. By attending numerous trainings on various subjects, he has gained a strong command of his subject, and he has been able to propose new programs in the institutions he has worked in, ranging from counselling to extra-curricular activities. One of Nde's remarkable achievements is designing a multifunctional briquette-based cooking unit to address the issue of trekking long distances to fetch wood after school and to promote awareness about renewable energy sources. This innovative approach demonstrates his commitment to improving the well-being of his community and finding practical solutions to real-world problems. Through his Physics, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math), Career Orientation, and Entrepreneurial Leadership programs, Nde has directly impacted the lives of over 20,000 young individuals, providing them with education and career guidance. Nde's dedication to his work has been recognized at various levels. His rise from a Mentor Fellow to the position of Country Director at Jumpstart Academy Africa in just ten years highlights his leadership and managerial skills. In 2023, he was awarded the prize of the best employee at Jumpstart Academy Africa. In 2017, he was selected as a deputy director to direct a month-long international entrepreneurial leadership summer camp in South Africa by the African Leadership Academy in partnership with Global Leadership Adventure (GLA). In 2019 he won a grant of $5000 to start up an agribusiness (Wemakit Farm) that creates awareness amongst local farmers on modern techniques of farming that increase yield and reduce food insecurity. In 2021, his work was recognised with a reimagine badge as a reimaginer Educator by the Oscars of Education run by Quacquarelli Symonds and the Wharton School. In 2022, I was selected to partake in the Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement program in the USA. These are testaments to his visionary mindset and ability to bring positive change. Furthermore, Nde's dedication to the field of education has led him to become a member of the International Association of College Admission Counseling and recognized as an International Career and College Counseling (IC3) advocate, which further solidifies his reputation as a
