Dr. Manoj Pareek presently works as an Associate Professor at Bennett University situated near New Delhi, India. His life journey has spanned both the corporate world and the world of academia.

In his role, Dr. Pareek leverages his extensive background in business and insurance to educate and conduct research on various facets of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. His academic qualifications include a PhD in Business/Commerce, an MBA in Marketing, and a Fellow in Insurance (FIII) certification from the Insurance Institute of India.

With over two decades of industry experience, Dr. Pareek has held various leadership and management positions, including Vice President, Area Manager, and Regional Product Manager. His professional journey has honed his skills in key account management, customer relationship management, strategic planning, and leadership development. These invaluable skills seamlessly translate into his current roles as an educator and researcher.

Dr. Pareek embarked on his academic career in 2017 with Manipal Academy of Higher Education, formerly known as Manipal University, where he served as an Assistant Professor for over two years. He subsequently joined the renowned Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), an AACSB Accredited Business School, where he continued his role as an Assistant Professor for three years.
