Dr. Mauricio Izquierdo is the Director of Client Partnerships for Latin America at QS Quacquarelli Symonds. In this role, he develops Academic & Government Partnerships with institutions in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean in an effort to make them more globally competitive by providing them with cutting-edge data analytics, marketing, and internationalization platforms. He has a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri (USA), an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Javeriana (Colombia), and a B.A. in International Business from the University of Politécnico Grancolombiano (Colombia). He has been awarded scholarships through the Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP) in Canada and the DAAD - Program of Management of Internationalization at Leibniz Universität Hannover (Germany). Among Mauricio's accomplishments are the organization and implementation of educational cooperation between Latin American institutions and universities, colleges, and organizations in Canada, the United States, Europe, and Africa, as well as the execution of training programs, seminars, webinars, and workshops.
