Dr. Nai Li is Senior Educational Researcher at IDEA Lab, Imperial College Business School. She primarily focuses on Research and Evaluation initiatives, which play a key role in the development, implementation, and assessment of innovative educational technologies and pedagogical approaches. Before joining Imperial College, she gained extensive experience in both the commercial and higher education sectors. Her professional journey includes over five years of dedicated work at the Open University, where her research interests are in learning analytics, online education, and edtech. She has also held positions as Research Director at Ipsos-MORI China, Research Fellow/Research Associate at the University of Oxford, and Senior Researcher at the National Centre for Social Research (NatCen) in London. Dr. Li gained her Ph.D. in Educational Technology from the Institute of Educational Technology at the Open University in the UK.
