Associate Professor Sr Dr. Natasha Khalil is an Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer in the Program of Quantity Surveying, College of Built Environment Studies in Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Perak Branch, Seri Iskandar, Perak. She holds a PhD in Building Science & Performance from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. She has been involved in several consultancy projects with various agencies, including leading a project in developing a guideline of Government Green Procurement for Construction Works (GGP Works), funded by United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and Economic Planning Unit (EPU) Malaysia. She has also secured several academic research grants, including from the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and currently leads research of “Facilities Management Conceptual Model on Performance Effectiveness and Hedonic Consumption of Hotel Industry ''. Her research expertise are Building Performance Evaluation, Facilities Management, Green Procurement in Construction, Risk Management, and Indoor Environmental Performance and Post Occupancy Evaluation.  She has published more than 90 publications including in several high-impact indexed journals. She is a paper reviewer for several SCOPUS/WOS journals. She is also a Consultant Quantity Surveyor (CQS) of the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). She is a regular invited speaker in seminars/workshops related to high-impact publications, research methodology, green procurement, life cycle cost, and data analysis using Analytical Hierarchy Process and ATLAS.ti software.
