Nicole Welsh joined the Leadership and Excellence in Academic Development (LEAD) Division at St. George's University as an instructor supporting the Office of Online Innovations, the M.Ed and Faculty Development. She holds an Educational Specialist (EdS) degree in Learning, Instruction and Innovation. She has served as an instructional development coordinator and lead curriculum development specialist within The University of the West Indies Open Campus (UWIOC), Academic Programming and Delivery Division. Her other roles included course developer, coordinator, instructor, examiner and visiting professor. She has also worked as an educational consultant for the Commonwealth of Learning (COL) and facilitated Designing, Developing and Teaching Online Courses (DTOC).
