Dr Nina Brosius is a Professional Teaching Fellow at the University of Auckland Business School in New Zealand, with 13 years of university education experience. Nina also works as a strategic intelligence analyst with global marketing research agencies.

Dr Nina Brosius a passionate tertiary educator with a knack for strategic intelligence analysis. Nina has worked in the tertiary education sector for the past 13 years, completing a PhD in Marketing in 2016. She has taught on various large cohort undergraduate courses and in the postgraduate education space, supervising MBA research theses and coordinating and lecturing on professional Masters courses. Nina liaises closely with industry experts to enhance her teaching, which takes the form of client projects and guest speaker sessions. Nina is currently the Course Director for an innovative second year core undergraduate course which received the Wharton-QS Reimagine Education Bronze Award for the Oceania Region in 2022. She also acts as mentor on the QS Future 17 Program. Nina Brosius' approach as an educator is to inspire and empower students. Nina loves getting to know her students (even in courses with hundreds of students) and helping them grow professionally, academically, and personally. She believes that every student can succeed if given the right tools, guidance and support. Nina is also a strategic intelligence analysis whiz: For the past 10 years, she has been working as a freelance consultant for various local and global marketing research agencies and other businesses. Nina is passionate about in-depth desk research and coming up with strategies based on detailed secondary data analysis and primary qualitative data collection. Nina believes that every business problem can be solved through reviewing existing knowledge and thoroughly exploring key stakeholders’ insights.
