Dr Rajat Gera is currently working as Director Research, School of Business  since April 2023 . Dr Rajat Gera is Ph.D. in Management (2014) from University School of Management Studies, Guru Gobindh Singh Indraprastha University,New Delhi, PGDRM (Marketing) from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA),.(1990-1992, Full Time)  and B.Tech. from Allahabad University. Dr Rajat Gera has over 23 years experience in academics, research, institutional development and training with leading Universities and Business Schools in India and abroad such as IMT Ghaziabad, Fore School  of Management, Delhi, IIT Roorkee, BIMTECH, Jain Deemed to be University, Bangalore, Manav Rachna Educational Institutions, Faridabad, K R Mangalam University, Gurgaon.
He has over 50  International and National indexed publications and is the author of three edited  books. He has authored cases which have been published by Richard Ivey Business School and (available at Harvard Business School Publishing) and London Business School, UK. He was visiting faculty for “Centre for Marketing”, Asian Minor studies, Fontys University, Eindhoven, Netherlands, under the Erasmus Mundus scholarship program of European Commission and at ISS KIMEP, Almaty, Kazakhstan. He was co recipient of Tenth Annual Excellence in Research Journal Awards, which honors the best scholarly articles from the 2017 volume year for the paper, "Evaluating the Effects of Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Service Value on Behavioral Intentions with Life Insurance Customers in India", published in the International Journal of Service Science, Management, Engineering, and Technology (IJSSMET) 8 (3),2016. He has received awards for best research papers from International and National conferences.
