I am an accomplished education administrator with years of experience in managing the administrative functions of United Kingdom’s elite preparatory and K-12 education providers in the UAE. Repton School and Foremarkehall are prestigious Derbyshire-based independent schools operated by Evolvence Knowledge Investments in the GCC where I have been actively involved in managing the HR, Procurement and Operations of various branches of these schools from the corporate office in Dubai. Lately, I have been managing the Registry Department, HR and campus administration of The Millennium Universal Colleges (TMUC) Pakistan on the transnational education (TNE) landscape before moving on with Roots IVY International Schools and Colleges as Head of Registry and Quality Assurance where I was provided with the opportunity to setup a new campus from scratch and operationalize them academic activities.

Currently, I am serving as Deputy Director International Office with the University of Central Punjab (UCP) which is one of the largest private university in Pakistan tasked with spearheading the internationalization activities of the university. Before associating with the education industry, I have been working with Procurement and Supply chain functions of different MNC’s in construction and telecommunication industries in the UAE.     

I have my Masters in Business Administration from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom and was the charted member of the esteemed Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) UK. Additionally, I have completed certifications in internal Quality Auditor as per ISO standard 9001:2008, balanced scorecards and a range of computing softwares and enthusiastically planning to pursue Ph.D/Ed.D in higher education management.   

Key Achievements:

  1. Established International Office at the University of Central Punjab streamlining the departmental processes and aligning the deliverables with key strategic pillars derived from university’s vision.
  2. Successfully won the mobility grant worth Rs. 14 million from British Council in Pakistan as part of PAK-UK Education Gateway Mobility Project for students promoting bilateral mobility of students from both countries.
  3. Improved the overall internationalization outlook of the university directly impacting the international higher education rankings of the university of Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) and Times Higher Education (THE).     
  4. Established Registry Office at Roots IVY College of Management Sciences streamlined the marketing, admissions & registry process and met the partner expectations in first two blocks of registrations across a range of programmes at UG and PG level and was awarded with Outstanding Contribution Award from the partner university.
  5. Successfully conducted HEC visits as part of team for the approval of more than 30 transnational academic qualifications both at undergraduate and post graduate level from 5 different partner universities and received Non-Objection Certificate from the local education regulator.
  6. Established Registry Office at TMUC to centralize and streamline student registrations, examinations, student progression and exit award issuance processes across different range of higher education programs in TNE from Level 3 to Level 7 and was awarded with Appreciation Letter.
  7. Organized and improved campus management work practices at TMUC resulting in optimization of day-to-day operations, increased focus on health, safety, discipline and wellbeing as well as cost optimizations where possible and was awarded with Certificate of Appreciation.
  8. Key member of a team to roll out MS Teams as an alternative online education system for learners in just under a week during outbreak of Covid-19 crises.
  9. Integral member of the team who worked on due diligence and HEC approval of International MBA programme from University for the Creative Arts UK and succeeded in launching first of its kind post graduate TNE programme in Pakistan approved by HEC.
  10. Planned, Implemented and rolled out MS Dynamics (ERP) across multiple branches of Repton and other associated schools in the UAE to centralize multi branch school operations under corporate office resulting in increased compliance and cost savings and received employee of the year award
