Dr. Sterling Plata is an advocate for Education for Sustainable Development. She is an Associate Professor at the Department of English and Applied Linguistics at De La Salle University (Philippines).  Her research interest includes growth mindset, translanguaging, assessment reform, and educational policy, among others.
