I have a degree in Educational Administration and Organizational Foresight and Strategy, and I have a Master's degree in Education, University of La Sabana, Colombia.

I have been a teacher and pedagogical and curricular advisor in higher education institutions in some Latin American countries. For several years I have worked in the design academic programmes and in the training and professional development of teachers. Author in the same topics.
