Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. TAN TSE GUAN received a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) in Software Engineering, a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), Malaysia, in 2006, 2008, and 2013, respectively. Currently, Dr. Tan is the Director of the Centre for University-Industry Collaboration (CUIC), Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation), Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). He has been appointed Deputy Dean of Research and Innovation at the Faculty of Creative Technology and Heritage, UMK, and Head of the E-Learning Unit at the Centre for Teaching and Learning, UMK. Over the years, he has won various national and international awards and recognitions, including the Virtual Immersive Learning Experience Award, the Outstanding E-Learning Product/Project Award, and the Best Innovation, Invention, and Design in Massive Open Online Course (MOOC). He has authored and co-authored more than 50 journals/book chapters, conference papers, and served on the organizing committees of numerous national and international conferences and workshops.
