As the Director of the Career Guidance Centre at GITAM Deemed University, Visakhapatnam campus, I oversee the corporate relations, training, general management of the centre, thus fulfilling the careers aspiratiuons of students. My mission is to provide quality career guidance and placement services to the students and alumni of GITAM, and to foster strong industry-institute partnerships and institutional branding.
With over 21 years of experience in HR and operations, I have developed strong skills and competencies in identifying and developing resources, organizing and leading growth programs, motivating and developing staff, and delivering high-quality results under pressure. I also have certifications in recruiting, training, and using humor in training. I am passionate about helping students and professionals achieve their career goals and aspirations.
I come with 21 plus years of experience is handling the Career Fulfillment function . I am a passionate leader with good communication skills
and having a successful track record of planning, execution and closing of
various activities which have a direct impact on growth of the organization.
Education at renowned institutions like Sainik School Korukonda (Under Ministry of Defence, Govt of India) and Vellore
Institute of Technology, had nurtured the traits of commitment and passion for
the work assigned. Ability to lead a team towards its objectives with good
interpersonal skills. Organized and delivered various training programmes for
both faculty and students. Successful in getting accreditations and
collaborations with reputed organizations.
