Weam Tunsi is a Faculty Member at the University of Business and Technology (UBT), Saudi Arabia. Along with his academic background, he brings extensive managerial experience. He is currently UBT’s Vice President for Quality and Development and is responsible for Strategy, Institutional Development as well as Quality Assurance and Accreditation. He also brings extensive experience with National, Regional and International Accreditation Agencies. as being a Licensed Academic Accreditation Reviewer. He earned his Bachelor of Industrial System Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He holds a PhD in HRM and an MBA (HRM) from Griffith University, Australia. He teaches both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. His research interests are in the areas of human development, performance management and capacity building through practical knowledge sharing. He served multiple advisory roles: Organizing Committee Member for CBF2022 International Conference – Bahrain, and Academic Advisory Committee Member for QS MAPLE Conference (2020).
