With over a decade of experience in business consultancy within the higher education sector, Abir Sinno has established herself as a leading expert in crafting strategic initiatives and redesigning business processes to foster continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Continuous Improvement at the American University of Beirut's Suliman S. Olayan School of Business (OSB), she oversees the school's strategic initiatives.

Abir holds an MBA from the Lebanese American University (LAU) and is currently a PhD candidate in Sustainability Management at ICN. Her research and practice focus on the intersection of leadership, accreditation influence, and institutional support on sustainability outcomes. Abir's expertise spans accreditation management, strategy development, quality assurance, and project management. She has spearheaded significant accreditation processes, including leading OSB through its AACSB accreditation in 2019 and currently steering the school's planning for EQUIS accreditation.
