Alper Utku is the founder and president of Amsterdam Tech, a university that integrates technology with leadership development to equip students for the challenges of the digital era. Utku has been leading the institution since 2015, driving a curriculum that links education with real-world industry needs. Additionally, he serves as the President of European Leadership University in Cyprus, a Board Member of the Team Academy University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam, and  Executive Chairman and Founding Partner of Management Centre Türkiye (MCT), a role he has held for over three decades.

With a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from Middlesex University, Utku brings academic rigour to his leadership practice. His expertise spans various leadership roles at institutions like the B for Good Leaders and Fundación Innovación Bankinter. He is also involved in organizations such as Thinkers50, where he serves on the advisory board, and the Nederlandse AI Coalitie, reflecting his commitment to fostering innovation.

Utku is multilingual, fluent in English, Turkish, and French, and proficient in German and Dutch, enhancing his global leadership footprint. His career is dedicated to reshaping education and leadership to meet the evolving demands of a tech-driven world
