As consultant, she designed and further developed certifications for digital teaching formats in collaboration with international agencies and has guided universities around the globe in numerous certification processes. She follows the discourse on challenges in the Higher Education industry and writes about it on her blog. Micro-credentials, future skills and digital credentialing are among her focuses. A lifelong learner herself, she takes great joy in continuously educating herself. Certified by the Academy of German Media, she also works as a freelance copy-editor. She is a strategic thinker with an eye for detail in her work. Antonia is a member of the Association of Independent Lecturers (VFLL) and the Future Skills Community of Practice.
