An accomplished academic, researcher, and entrepreneur in Educational Technology and Competency-Based Education. He coordinates the Living Lab at Tecnológico de Monterrey, is a Ph.D. candidate, and serves as an associate researcher at the University of Seville. Recognized for his contributions to UNESCO and other educational networks, he is a Fellow of the UNESCO - ICDE Chair and has been named one of LinkedIn's Top Educational Technology Voices. He also advises on digital education initiatives and co-founded "Competencia Digital Cero" to reduce the digital divide in Ibero-America.

An academic, researcher, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in Educational Technology and Competency-Based Education. Currently, he serves as the Coordinator of the Living Lab at the IFE Living Lab, part of the Institute for the Future of Education at Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Educational Technology and holds a Master's degree in Competency-Based Education. Additionally, he is an associate researcher in the Didactics Research Group at the University of Seville.

He has provided consultancy on educational technology policies for UNESCO and is an active member of the RedCad Chile network, as well as a participant in the TIC Table at FID. He holds the title of Fellow of the UNESCO - ICDE Chair and has been recognized as one of LinkedIn's Top Educational Technology Voices. He has edited four books featuring Ibero-American experiences in innovation and educational trends, which have been acknowledged at various conferences and by the academic community. Furthermore, he is a professor and thesis co-director at the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico.

He is an educational technology and innovation advisor at the State Technical Training Center (CFT Estatal) in the Valparaíso Region of Chile and co-founder of "Competencia Digital Cero," an initiative aimed at bridging the digital divide in educational settings across Ibero-America.
