As a senior lecturer in Human Resource Management, my responsibilities include delivering curriculum, conducting research, and providing academic and professional guidance to students. In addition to my academic work, I am committed to making a positive impact on the community through various collaborations with government agencies, industrial players, and alumni. Currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland. My research focuses on turnover among women engineers, with a particular emphasis on organizational socialization and job embeddedness.
