Ayson Depayso is a faculty of the College of
Business Administration and Education (CBEA) at Cordillera Career Development
College (CCDC), La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines. She is a graduate of
Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management at the University of the
Cordilleras(UC), Baguio City, Philippines. Then, she earned Professional
Education Units and took the Licensure Examination for Teachers in 2017 which
she passed. With her goal to share her knowledge, skills and expertise on
tourism, she started her teaching career. While doing so, she enrolled Master
in Business Administration at Cordillera Career Development College and
graduated in 2019. Believing that "education is a continuous
process", she enrolled Tourism Sustainability and Planning at Macau
Institute for Tourism Studies and is pursuing Doctor in Business Administration
at the University of Baguio (UB), Baguio City, Philippines. She has been
working as a college instructor in various colleges for more than four years
now. Aside from teaching, she also finds endeavor in the field of research. In
fact, she presented her research entitled “Perceptions on Sustainable Tourism
in Paoay Atok Benguet” in Thailand and in Bali, Indonesia. She was also one of the
Research Panelist during the International Student Forum (ISSF) in Vietnam. In addition, she already published two research paper. To further her education, she
learns from other professionals in the Tourism field. She affiliates herself
with professionals in the field by participating in activities provided by
these groups and now a member of the International Network of Tourism
Professionals.
