A globally multidisciplined experienced professional with an extensive career development, university-business relations expertise at  both national and international levels.

Currently, leading CO-OP program with 2700 partner companies at Bahçeşehir University(BAU) in total of 27.000 students including 7000 international students with an prospective approach. Created various innovative and work integrated programs at CO-OP for university&business ecosystem.

 BAU CO-OP is carrying out three main functions; COOPER is a work experiencing program where students search internships and go through selection&placement process (including interviewing and sharing short-list with the company), opening credited branded courses with companies and various career support activies.
