Beverly Laltoog is a respected figure in the academic community of Baguio City. Holding the position of associate professor II at the University of Baguio (UB). Her journey in academia began at UB, where she pursued both her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and her Master of Arts degree in Public Administration. To further enhance her skills, she undertook a course in Research Leadership at De La Salle University (DLSU).
