Carlos Vieira is currently Executive Director for Executive Training at Católica Porto Business School. He is an effective member of the Order of Economists and the Order of Certified Accountants. He was a Visiting Professor at ISG - Instituto Superior de Gestão (2018-2021), Vice-President / CFO of Sporting Clube de Portugal (2013-2018), CEO of the Ensinus Group (2007-2016), Director of the UNISLA Group (2011-2013), Professor at ISCAD and ULHT (2004-2007), Director at the Media Capital Group (2002-2007), Manager at Vodafone (1998-2002) and Auditor at PWC (1996-1998).
He is also currently Vice-President of ANESPO – National Association of Professional Schools and AMRE – Association of Business Recovery Mediators and is a member of the Board of CNEF – National Confederation of Education and Training, where he is member of the Negotiating Committee for the Collective Bargaining Agreements with Trade Unions. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of CCP – Confederation of Commerce and Services of Portugal and a member of the Advisory Board of and NGO associated with homeless people – Associação dos Albergues Noturnos do Porto.
Carlos Vieira holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics (1996), a postgraduate degree in Industrial Management and Organization from Universidade Lusófona (2000) and in Management from ISG – Instituto Superior de Gestão (2009) and two executive courses in Social Leadership for Managers and Chief Sustainability Officer from Católica Porto Business School (2023 and 2024).
