Geoffrey David Wilmoth is Director of Learning Cities International Pty Ltd, an advisory and project management company for the start-up and expansion of education institutions, internationalisation and transnational agreements, and public-private partnership transactions.

He is chair of the Academic Board of King’s Own Institute, the Supervisory Board of the Mekong Delta Conservancy Foundation (Vietnam). He was Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Dean of Environmental Design and Construction at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), and is now Emeritus Professor.

He has led or been a director of other education enterprises, including director and CEO of Monash International and Monash College, director and CEO of RMIT International and of RMIT Malaysia, and was board chair of AFS Intercultural Programs Australia. He chaired the governing board of the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School and of the Asia-Pacific International College, and was chair of the Academic Board for Torrens University Australia, and Sydney Metropolitan Institute of Technology.

David has taught at institutions around the world, most recently on decision-making and governance, innovative city project financing, university financial diversification, public-private partnerships and education hubs. He has degrees in economics and planning from the Universities of Queensland, Sydney, and California at Berkeley, and graduate certificates in educational leadership and management from Harvard University and the University of Melbourne. He has over produced over 200 publications and public written presentations.
