Dr. Dillip is a multidisciplinary
specialist with a Ph.D. in Education, a Master's in Business Management,
English Literature, Educational Measurement and Evaluation, and an M.Phil. in
Education Technology. Also, he has earned a degree in Population Education and
Computer Applications. He specializes in using technology in education and
specifically focuses on AI systems that support strategies, planning, and institutional
research leading overall effectiveness of an institution. He is currently
working on multiple projects concerning the application of Data Science, and AI
in accreditation, strategic planning, and research in universities. His current
position is Senior Executive Consultant at Nucleus University School of Medicine
and Dentistry, Aruba, where he is leading a team of medicos on the above
aspects, including human-computer interaction and simulation-based training,
advancing the use of AI and immersive technologies in training contexts, Health,
safety, security and usability of Augmented & Virtual Reality (AR/VR). He advocates for digital transformation
through educational technologies and relevant pedagogies to create robust
learning environments using the Hy-Flex approaches in his university.
Dr.
Dillip currently working with Nucleus University School of Medicine and
Dentistry, Aruba as a senior Executive Consultant on Strategies, Global Outreach
and Institutional Effectiveness. He has also been associated with Eupheus
Consultancy as its CEO and principal consultant. Previously he worked as Director of
Institutional Planning and Research, and Chief Coordinator of University
Rankings at Gulf Medical University (GMU), UAE, where he has completed
International Accreditation for MBBS/ BBMS/ PharmD Program from WFME(USA), ACP
(USA), and IBM(London). Also completed Initial Accreditation for RN-BSN, MCP,
MPH, JMHPE, MPT BoHCM &E, MoHM&E& MSc-MLS Program. Completed
re-accreditation for MBBS, BPT, PharmD, and DMD Programs by CAA-MoE. UAE. He was the chief Coordinator QS Star
University Rated for Excellence- 5-star Status, from QSIU-London, UK. With his
leadership, GMU achieved the Reimagine Education Award in 2017 for its
innovation in Medical Education. He also helped GMU achieve the TIMES Higher
Education Asia Award in 2019. He was the
Team Leader DQAA (Dubai Quality Appreciation Award) and the SKEA (Shaikh
Khalifa Excellence Award) organizational Quality and Excellence project, where
GMU achieved the Gold award from Govt. of the UAE. Dr. Dillip Participated in
International Conference in Korea, Doha, UAE, Russia, Taiwan, France, Hong
Kong, Singapore etc. He has significantly
contributed to achieving 83 international collaborations for GMU.
