Dirk Hopfl is an experienced higher education professional with 25 years involved in internationalization, partnership building, student recruitment, and admissions. Dirk is the founder and managing director of eduALTO, a consultancy for higher education institutions, and co-founder of Speechsquare. This AI speech analytics company boosts confidence in communication skills in 7 languages. 

Before this, Dirk led the APAC region for Proeduca Group, the largest online education provider in the Spanish-speaking hemisphere. He was also instrumental in the growth of IE University in APAC by establishing regional offices in India, China, and Singapore. He was primarily responsible for Southeast Asia, ANZ, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. 

Dirk holds an MBA from IE Business School, Spain, and a BBA from Universität Duisburg-Essen, Germany.
