Dr. Deepika Kohli is an outstanding Assistant Professor in Teacher Education who has been teaching for more than Sixteen years at Khalsa College of Education in Amritsar, Punjab, India and Educational Consultant and Programme Leader at IBES, France.
Dr. Kohli received her Ph.D. degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and has established herself as one of today's leading curriculum developers, innovative pedagogues and educational technologists. She is focused on promoting best practices through education both inside classrooms and outside among students and teachers around the world.
She has greatly contributed in conceptualizing several MOOCs under the OE4BW initiative by UNESCO, which have substantially expanded access to school AI-based learning techniques. A renowned authority in her discipline, she has done extensive work in education research and has published papers in many international conferences.
Besides her scholastic leadership, she is actively involved in various administrative and consulting functions. For instance, she serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Inclusive Educational Research as well as acts as a reviewer for such journals as the Asian Journal of Distance Education.
