Dr. Ghazal is a seasoned professional advisor and educator, with a diverse background in engineering, strategic management, leadership, AI, and digital transformation. Having a PhD in Artificial Intelligence since 1991 from the USA, with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Dr. Ghazal's career is marked by high-profile roles, including servicing the public as a mayor, and as advisor to the Lebanese Prime Minister and Ministry of Education and Ministry of Admin Reform in Lebanon, with more than three decades of university teaching, curriculae design, and professional practice, his expertise is underpinned by a commitment to fostering sustainable development and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
