I am a Clinical Pathology Specialist having Ministry of Health, UAE License, with rich experience of 30 years of working as a doctor and more than 22 years of working as a pathologist. Presently I am working as CEO & Director, Thumbay Labs, UAE. Also heading Thumbay Clinics; a chain of clinics in Northern Emirates, UAE.    

 I have earned a Bachelor’s degree (MBBS), a Post Graduate degree MD (Pathology), and a Certificate of Proficiency in Pathology from Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, India. 

I have the experience of working CEO & Director in CAP and JCI accredited Laboratory Chain. I have also worked as Director, High Altitude Medical Research Centre, which is a premier joint research establishment of Indian Army and Defence Research and Development Organization, India. I have experience of working in the international environment as a doctor in the Indian Level III Hospital, United Nations Mission in DR Congo. With my commitment and professionalism, I earned the Force Commander’s Certificate of Appreciation during deputation in the UN mission. In recognition of my contributions during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Government of Ajman, UAE bestowed me with an appreciation letter. 

I also have teaching experience as a full-time resident in MD (Pathology) for undergraduate medical students, nursing students and paramedical students at Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, India and affiliated hospitals, and as Clinical Tutor in Gulf Medical University, UAE.
