Dr. Sindhu holds a Doctorate in General Management and Human Resources from Christ University and Exec Ed from IIM Lucknow.  With a robust career spanning both industry and academia, Dr. Sindhu has demonstrated a profound expertise in consultancy,teaching, research, administration, academic writing, talent management, and employee relations. A seasoned professional, Dr. Sindhu is also a reviewer for Elsevier  Journals and Doctoral Committee member for PhD & FPM programs

As a Certified Zone Trainer (JCI), Dr. Sindhu has effectively conducted training in HR, personality development, public speaking, and various soft skills. Her qualifications extend to certifications in Speech Craft, Public Speaking, Instructional Designing, Talent Management, Performance and Competency Development, Organization Development,  Master Trainer Facilitation, Recruitment Analysis, Psychometric Testing, Strengthscope,  High-Performance Indicator specialist, Quality Assurance and more.

Dr. Sindhu brings substantial research experience and certifications in Statistical Analysis, Research Methodologies, Qualitative and Quantitative Methods. She is an efficient communicator, certified in Business English (BEC-Cambridge Train the Trainer), and has a proven track record in Life Skills Education, Entrepreneurship, and various professional certifications including Creating Movement Therapy from CMTAI Bangalore and NLP practitioner  Level 1 & 2 certifications.  Her PhD research was awarded as an exceptional project by University of Michigan, Spring 2020.  She has contributed as an invited guest for youth empowerment programs,  Panelist for International conferences, Consultancy and training for learning and development initiatives, faculty development programs, and corporate training.
