Ed co-founded CRCC Asia in 2006 and Virtual Internships in 2018. Virtual Internships is a VC funded company with over 100 employees. Combined these organizations have served over 20,000 students.  Ed has a deep understanding of best practice within the provision of work experience placements and has worked on programming for marginalized communities including refugees, women returners and neurodiverse individuals. Ed speaks Chinese, Spanish, French and conversational Thai and Cantonese and holds degrees from University of Cambridge (MA East Asian Studies, 2004), University of London - SOAS (MSc International Management 2006) and Bayes Business School (Executive MBA, 2018).
