Elizabeth has led ANU Careers and Employability at the Australian National University since July 2022 .

Her work is focused on achieving successful employment outcomes for all ANU graduates. 

After over 20 years’ experience in professional skills training and consulting across a range of industries in the UK, with additional experience in Europe, she entered the world of Higher Education in 2012 with a role at Leeds University Business School, which was later followed by roles at the University of Roehampton, London, and London Business School.

Over 10+ years, she has worked with all levels and nationalities of student, from Executive MBA, MBA, Masters and Undergraduate, as a senior lecturer, personal and professional tutor, coach and mentor.

She has a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages, an MA in Diversity Management, a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, a Diploma in Training Management, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
