Fabiola Salas Díaz holds a PhD  in Educational Innovation from the Universidad de Sonora, Mexico. She is currently academic coordinator of the School of Engineering and Sciences at Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico. Her research focuses on students and higher education, STEM education and educational innovation.
