Dr. Fariha Hayat Salman is a seasoned educationist having progressively held HE sectoral roles across USA, UK, Pakistan, and UAE as center director, program head, and tenured professor and led several initiatives to successful completion. She is Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Fulbright PhD Scholar, Centenary Research Scholar, and Frisbey Global Awardee, USA.

At the American University in Dubai (AUD), Dr. Salman's graduate teaching includes EdTech Pedagogy, Learning and Human Development, and Inclusive Education with a focus on learning experiences across formal and informal environments.

As former Director, Center for Teaching Excellence & Learning Innovation (CTELI), Dr. Salman led institutional initiatives at Iqra University (2021-2023) encompassing faculty leadership and professional development through global linkages, quality assurance, and policy review and implementation. 

As Head, iLEAD & Program Lead for the IU-Advance Higher Education Academy Fellowship Program, Dr. Salman spearheaded the completion of a rigorous and high stakes program ensuring an exceptional 100% success of fellowship endorsement under Advance HE's recent PSF2023 framework.
