Francis G. Balazon earned his Doctorate in Information Technology from AMA University's 

Main Campus in Quezon City, completing his degree on May 28, 2018. Prior to this, he 

received a Master of Science in Information Technology from Batangas State University in 

Batangas City in March 2012.

Dr. Balazon currently holds the position of Vice Chancellor for Research, Development, and 

Extension Services at Batangas State University's National Engineering University, Lipa 

Campus, where he also serves as a Professor IV. He is recognized for his significant 

contributions to research, with numerous papers published in Scopus and Web of Science 

Journals. Moreover, Dr. Balazon has shared his research findings at various local, national, 

and international forums.

An active participant in multiple professional organizations, Dr. Balazon is committed to 

advancing the field of Information Technology, demonstrating his leadership and dedication to the academic community.
