Dr. Harshal completed his Ph.D. at North Maharashtra University (2016), Jalgaon. Dr. Harshal has completed his master's in business administration from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon (2008), specializing in Financial Management. Being an avid reader and a contributor to the field of research, He has also written 30 publications in Journals and attended 30 conferences. Many researchers have also acknowledged Dr. Harshal's work on agricultural subsidy to date; his Google citation index is 133 & h- index is 7. He has filed four patents. With more than 16th experience in education and academia, his expertise is in Indirect Tax Financial Management, Income Tax, International Financial Management, Financial derivatives, Bank Management, Investment Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Currently, he is working as an associate professor in the School of Business & leadership at MIT World Peace University, Pune, India
