Hemant is the Founder and CEO of Digii (formerly CollPoll), a Bengaluru-based enterprise software company recognized among the top 100 edtechs in South Asia and consistently been listed in Top 20 Chart in Education Category of iOS Appstore. Digii's flagship product, Digiicampus, provides educational institutions with secure, reliable, and user-friendly technology for efficient administration, enhanced learning, and an enriched campus experience. Digii is trusted by over 150 prestigious institutions, including IIT Madras, National Law School Bangalore, VIT, and Manipal.

A serial entrepreneur, Hemant launched Digii as his second startup after founding his first venture during his second year of college in 2009. This venture was highlighted as one of the Top 50 student startups globally at the New York Stock Exchange and led to his induction into Ashoka's Youth Venture Program. Hemant's career has consistently bridged education and technology, with previous roles at the World Bank and Manipal Global. He also served as the founding Director of the Adianta School for Leadership and Innovation.

Hemant has received several accolades, including the "Young Thought Leader" Award from CRISIL, a medal from The Institution of Engineers, the "Distinguished Alumni Award" from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), and the Edutech Transformation Award from the Rotary Club, Chennai.
