Dr. Indranil Bose is a strong believer in quality education to be delivered through higher educational institutions or universities. He believes in honest dedication of academic community to ignite young minds through highest level of academic integrity and dedicated teaching learning orientation. Today's education is very much dependent of technology and inter-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary approaches, those are benefitted from very focused interventions of highest levels of teaching learning quality. The QS evaluation process is based on incorporating best practices and systems for continuous enhancement of academic process.
Indranil Bose, PhD in management, a Fellow of prestigious Higher Education Academy (FHEA, UK) and a ‘Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE) by the ‘Chartered Association of Business Schools’ (CABS, UK) is a seasoned academician and prolific researcher in the fields of Human Resource Management and general management. He has almost 23 years of dedicated academic and leadership experience in teaching, mentoring and research in higher and professional education in India and in UAE at the Post Graduate, Under graduate and professional levels under the prestigious UK higher education curriculum, accredited USA university curriculum, Ministry of Education (MOE) Federal Government of UAE approved, UGC approved curriculum of the Indian universities and the AICTE, Government of India approved autonomous courses on management. He has also taught extensively with AACSB and ACSBP accredited business programmes with prestigious institutes and universities in India and in UAE. He has proven record of research and publications in peer reviewed journals, listed with ABDC (Australian Business Deans’ Council) and indexed with Web of Science, Thomson Reuter index, Thomson Reuter Book index, SCOPUS (Elsevier), EBSCO host, JSTOR and ProQuest databases etc. Till March 2024, he has 23 ABDC listed (ABDC B-2, ABDC C -21), 3 ABS listed, 5 SCOPUS Indexed (Q2-2, Q3-3), 3 Web of Science and 7 REPEC listed publications. He has also presented his research works at several international and national academic conferences. He is also empaneled as Occasional Reviewer and Editor with internationally acclaimed organizations, including Routledge Publishing, SAGE and Inderscience Publishers, UK. Dr. Indranil has also been nominated as the member of the ‘International Advisory Council’ of the Harvard Business Review. Apart from being conferred with several national and international awards and accolades such as Turn-it-in Global Innovation Honourable Mention (Writing with integrity) for Africa and Middle East (2017), Dewang Mehta Best Professor Award in General Management India (2012) and MTC Global Distinguished Teacher Award, India (2016), Best Professor Award’ by the ICFAI Business School Dehradun, India and ‘Star Assessor Award 2021’ by ATHE UK etc. , has also served as the external examiner to evaluate the PhD theses on management of the research scholars enrolled with several prestigious universities in India.
