As School Lead for Assurance of Learning, as principle investigator on the Learning Ecosystems Lab at UCL, and on the UCL Programme Excellence Project, Jeffrey brings continuous improvement processes for teaching and assessment grounded in latest best practice models. His teaching, education research and quality management emphasise creating learning contexts to promote students' higher-order pragmatic reasoning and resilience. This involves numerous curriculum and assessment designs, teaching from first-year undergraduate through PhD levels, and program management. He combines 15 years of teaching and research in knowledge management (at Imperial College London) and education psychology (at UCL) with 20 years of industry experience in his educator and leader roles. He is an invited expert speaker on knowledge management for global leaders of Oxford University Chevening Fellows, the Commonwealth Leaders program, and governments in UK and Europe.
