A Quality Assurance Professional certified in ISO 9001 by the CQI International Register of Certificated Auditors (CQI-IRCA) and in ISO 21001:2018 EOMS by the Center of Assessments for Excellence International (COAE), I am a recent CHEd NCR Regional Quality Assurance Team (RQAT) Member, a Licensed Professional Teacher (Secondary) since 2005, a school administrator with 19 years of experience in the academe, a Master of Science degree in Psychology, major in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, obtained from De La Salle University, Philippines as a scholar under the CHEd Faculty Development Program II, with Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign/Secondary Language (TOEFL/TESL), with a demonstrated history of working as a higher education professional in mainland China.  Highly proficient in English & Filipino (Tagalog, Cebuano, & Surigaonon).

Career highlights in National University: Project Lead in National University’s QS Stars Rating Certification, ISO 9001:2015 QMS Certification, PACUCOA Accreditation, Internal Audit Lead in 3 internal quality audit cycles, and optimizing the NU QMS, transitioning to EOMS. 10-year Service Awardee, 2023 NU OVAL Awardee in Integrity, 2024 NU Gawad PANTAS Awardee. 

On-going Project Leaderships in NU: ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) Assessment, Philippine Quality Awards (PQA), PAASCU Accreditation, ISO 21001:2018 EOMS Certification, and the QS, THE, & WURI University Rankings.

Other career highlights: Established and enhanced the industry-academe linkages, alumni affairs, internship of Asia Pacific College (APC) for 7 years, helping achieve its 2017 Autonomous Status Award from the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd); managed the APC Student Services in AY2018-2019, presented 3 Scopus-Indexed papers in various international conferences in Singapore (2021), Auckland, NZ (2021), and London, UK (2022); and panelist in the 2023 Times Higher Education (THE) Digital Universities: Asia Conference in KL, Malaysia.
